FOLLOW
CANCELLATIONS
Spray tan and Piercing appointments cancelled/rescheduled LESS THAN 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 50% fee of total service booked.
NO-SHOWS
Missed spray tan and piercing appointments without notification via text, phone call or email will result in a 100% fee of total service booked. Attempt to cancel/reschedule at appointment start time are considered a no-show.
GRACE PERIOD
Studio: BohoGLO reserves the right to not provide service after ten minutes of the appointment start time. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show.
Mobile: If you are running late to your mobile appointment, are non-responsive to calls/texts, and/or not available to let your artist in to the agreed upon mobile location, your artist reserves the right to leave the mobile location and not provide service after ten minutes of the appointment start time and will be considered a no-show.
TAN LINES
Males of any age and girls under the age of 18 are required to wear undergarments during their appointment. No exceptions.
AFTER HOURS
Any services booked outside of business hours which are 9:00am - 6:00pm on Tuesdays, 9:00am - 7:00pm Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00am - 1:00pm Fridays, and 10:00am - 4:00pm on select Saturdays, will be subject to an additional $30 fee. Any services booked on closed days, which are currently Mondays, Sundays and select Saturdays, will be subject to an additional $30 fee.
REFUNDS
All single tans, memberships, packages, and retail item purchases are non-refundable.
